All of my photos, except for those taken for others, are released under the terms of this Creative Commons License. The license normally prohibits use for commercial purposes.
If you let me know which one that you want to use I’ll waive the non-commercial aspect for you. This would still mean that where you used it you’d have to provide the appropriate attribution.
You may also want to use the version that is available at my Flickr account which is likely to be of a higher resolution. Due to limitations in the Flickr service the photos there are licensed under this Creative Commons License.
